We had a Giovanni's in Solvang and it's been gone for many years. I was super excited to find this one in Santa Barbara. It's the same pizza I grew up with! Love it!

Giovanni's has been around for as long as I can remember. It's a great family-owned business and the food is always good. On our last visit we got the meat lovers pizza which was delish, and the antipasto salad. Both were great. The salad was a small, and it was enough to share with several people. We ended up having so much salad that we had extra pizza to take home which was great the next day.

I've only been inside for takeout during the pandemic. Didn't notice if inside dining was an option last time. Social distancing was appropriate. Earlier they were keeping people outside for payment and takeout delivery. They did seem to care about safety protocols.
