Thought new management was actually going to clean up park and make improvements, but so far rent has increased but nothing is being done to improve the looks or activities. Actually we have zero community activities.

I don't believe they will allow that. I believe that at least 1 person in the home must be 55 years of age.

Is this place open? I've called several times and it goes straight to Voicemail with no call back. They have a different number than the one listed?
