The service and location weren't problematic at all. Very friendly staff in the few encounters we had. Location is easy to get to if you're only after a place to sleep, as we were. The room itself, well, left a lot to be desired. The king bed was on a box that slid around throughout the night, the pillows were sized for small children, the sheets had bloodstains, and the room smelled like pee. Not great, Bob. The bathroom was is its own adventure. When I turned on the shower, multiple spiders fell into the tub. The water pressure was truly abysmal, struggling to provide little more than a steady drip. The door didnt open all the way because the layout was so poor and the lights flickered each time we turned the light on or off. It wasnt like one bulb needed to be changed, either, as the flickering light changed between uses. Ultimately, we just needed some rest and I suppose it was mission accomplished. If you have to save the money and stay here, do it. If you have the extra green to go elsewhere, do that instead.

Only one luggage cart and it was broken. Was on second floor so cart didn’t matter because they have no elevator. Room smelled like old Chinese food, hallways stunk like pot. Pretty shady people coming and going over 4 day stay. Linens are terrible, towels are thin and course. Stayed here because it was a relatively cheap pet friendly hotel. Pet fee wasn’t clearly marked pretty sure I was charged $120 extra for 4 nights with dogs. When all said and done I paid $120 a night. At this price I could have stayed at a MUCH nicer hotel. Never again very bad hotel. VERY disappointed in the entire stay.

If I could give this hotel less than a one star, I would! We stopped here for an evening and the experience we had was horrible! The hotel rooms were FILTHY, it smelled like pee, the floors were crusty, there was hair in the showers, unwashed bedsheets and crud all over the walls. The manager was extremely unprofessional, entering our room while our family was eating breakfast, prior to the cleaners entering and us not even being checked out. One of our family members was in the washroom when he came into the room, he didn’t knock and was acting very sketchy. He also denied this occurred when we talked to him about it it. Beware!

Staff (Mike and Tony) were terrific and tried to meet all our persnickity needs for a family gathering I was in charge of arranging. Helped find us a meeting room for our group. Room maintanance and cleaning, not so much. Staff shortage is a factor. Dog friendly aspect is great, BUT the rules should consist of a hefty refundable damage fee using staff inspection before and after stay. If a pet soils anything that deposit should pay for a carpet shampoo, comforter/blanket cleaning and a supply of odor eliminating spray. People need to be responsible owners! Why? The hallway smelled really bad on our way to the exit when the room doors were open.

No
I believe there are small fridges in every room
If you ask when booking and sometimes have to pay a pet fee for deodorizing after.
