Very clean; nothing out of the ordinary for a holiday inn. I was looking forward to the pool, which I found out is tiny, but they do have a hot tub, which is nice.

Positive: One of the best we've stayed at. Very clean, great location, front desk and housekeeping super friendly, bed was so comfortable and breakfast buffet was very good! Negative: Nothing... we'll stay here again.

Hotel is in a good location right by the Mall and lots of places to eat. They did not up-charge their rooms even though there clearly was a lot of events going on in Fargo that weekend. We were in town for Club Volleyball but there were 2 or 3 school buses in the parking lot, as well. Even though very busy, the hotel was nice and quiet and we had no trouble falling asleep. Pool area was a little small and breakfast was not ready for the crowd but overall, still a good place to stay.
