Great hotel in downtown Fargo. The interior looks modern and clean and the rooms were spacious. The modern decor incorporates a lot of local photographs and items. After check in, we received a text message as an "open chat" if we ever needed anything to just text them. We used that service a couple times to request extra pillows and cups and both times we got the items within 5 minutes. Upon our arrival we ordered roomservice. Good size portions and food was excellent. We had breakfast at the restaurant the next day which was great as well. Everyone was very friendly! Only one minor complaint that the coffeeshop was closed on a Sunday morning, not sure why, would have liked my coffee to go.

I was in town with my son for a hockey event and the Radisson Blu was excellent. We especially enjoyed the great gym and Caribou Coffee in the hotel. The location is awesome for downtown Fargo. Great experience!

This is a good hotel on the surface level. It’s a great location and great value for downtown. Maintenance was helpful and friendly. The rooms and fitness center are very nice and the entrance has revolving doors — I can see why it’s considered a 4-star hotel. That being said, I’ve had some issues… The wifi only works half the time. I only got room service half the times I requested it. You have to pay for parking in the attached ramp anytime you’re in there during weekday business hours. Only one elevator was consistently functional. There’s some more small things, but overall, the hotel didn’t meet the high expectations I had.

Just recently stayed at this hotel and loved it once again. This was the second time I have stayed here and it was nothing short of great. The rooms were clean and spacious and it is within walking distance to the bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff are always friendly as well. Can't wait to come back and stay!
