This staff is top notch, in regards to professionalism and service. I was always greeted and treated kindly throughout my stay. The room was extremely clean and the gym was fully stocked with AC that blasted. Thank you for such a great travel experience.

You don’t get housekeeping unless you request it. We requested it with the housekeeping employees well as the front desk. Needless to say it wasn’t done. Asked for towels for the room and we had to go down to the front desk to get them. The following day after the third request we had housekeeping but they left behind the dirty linens on the arm chair. When we expressed our concerns to the front desk they never once apologized. Also the rooms were not cleaned to the standard we were accustomed with the Hilton Garden Inn from many previous visits. Sorry to say we won’t be returning.

It's a nice place. Clean. Not a great value. Lots of loud, wet, kids running around all the time. Bar and grill was not staffed while we were there.

So our air bnb fell thru so this place bailed us out. Joshua was working the front desk and was very helpful in getting us 3 rooms. However as we left the next day 04/23/22 the young man working the desk was very unfriendly and did not represent Hilton well at all. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years and stayed at several different properties all over the country and probably the worst I have seen.
