We were visiting the Tri-Cities for a softball tournament and our team hotel was this Bedt Western. What a wonderful hotel!!! They have some of the nicest, most helpful staff and THEE BEST breakfast buffet EVER!!!! Made to order eggs, biscuits and gravy, and all the meats! The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Plus the hotel is pet friendly too. The pool and gym were great. We loved our stay!!!

This is a great place to stay. David at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We didn't have reservations but he took great care of us. The breakfast the next morning was the best I've ever had. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend it!

We really liked this Best Western. I originally booked because I read a review that the pool was open 24/7. As of June 2022 the pool now closes at 10pm. My boys and I still had fun swimming tho. On our way out the next morning a worker smiled and said Hi. A short time later I was putting our dog in the Jeep and the same worker walked by. I thought the dog would scare her, but instead she asked about our dog and said she had 2 of her own - a Husky and a Chihuahua. She said they were 'her kids'. I've always thought of my dogs as 'my kids.' That interaction really left an impression on us. I think her name badge was Juan R. Thanks for the memories.

Clean room, great staff, and yummy breakfast! I love staying at this hotel! I frequently stay in hotels for business, but Best Western is by far my favorite, and I'll explain why! It is well known by the staff, that I am staying at the hotel to "work" and with the steady stream of traffic in and out of my room, and the shady characters that come along with the lifestyle, I usually have a difficult time with staying at any one place too often. I've been blacklisted from several hotels/motels but not the Best Western Pasco! One of the housekeepers even told me that for the right price they will even give me a heads up if law enforcement was on the way! Perfect stay every single time! I will definitely stay here again!
