Called Sears Appliance Repair and they scheduled an appointment for AM to repair an icemaker and do general maintenance on refrigerator. Sold me a home warranty because they guaranteed their service. Technician never showed up. No calls, no texts. Tried to call Sears Home Warranty and it is automated once you buy the warranty. Difficult to get through to a person. After seven attempts and two hours of calling, reached someone who said they didn't have an explanation. Dispatch and technician were not responding (after seven hours). Then tried to call and cancel home warranty. Agent would not cancel. Kept repeating why I needed to keep it because of their excellent service. I don't like doing this, but after the sixth time of reading the same information, I had to yell in the phone, and then he cancelled it. But Sears still kept one month's warranty charges...for absolutely nothing. Scam

The technician that did the repair on my kenmore washer was ok, but washer failed again after that visit same issue. I called customer service for rework appointment and the reps kept transferring me from home warranty to protection agreement and back again same thing everytime i called. They have ZERO Knowledge AND WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME. At the end i just booked an appointment online as a regular appointment same tech came back and did not solve issue just yet. Till the next visit hopefully. Bad experience!

I give them 2 stars because the customer service rep on the phone couldn’t speak English and communication level was zero, I waited on line for 15 minutes then I couldn’t understand a single word he said. Please assign somebody on phone that speaks fluent English and can communicate well.
