Brought my iPhone 11 back to fix the unresponsive screen. The screen they fixed originally. It’s been awhile so I had no problem paying the $110 I was charged the first time. I was told it would now be $165 to repair… why I asked.. I got two answers. “Oh, the person made a mistake last time…” “ well gas prices have gone up so…” which one is it? Terrible customer service. No way tried to make it right and then the female I spoke with try to threaten me?! Seriously. Only in Tri Cities. I asked to speak with a manager and for three days no one called me and I got the run around when I tried to call and speak to someone.

Very nice shop. They can fix all phones and even carry some refurbished ones to buy. They have fixed to of my iphone screens and the results are great. The best part is the turn around. Both phones were done within one hour. The Customer service is outstanding.

It really depends how bad it's broken. 80 for just the screen but if it's broke to the point where the screen doesn't turn on it 125

EZ fix is the place to go
I'm pretty sure they do but it's very easy to do yourself. Take the old one out and replace it with the new one. Go to YouTube if still having problem.
