I was having great difficulty with my attempt to order online items I needed right away for store pickup. I logged into my Rite Aid account and selected the items; I then went to check out and for some reason my computer just kept looping and looping and looping and looping. I attempted to place a call to Rite AID for technical assistance and was told it was going to be a LOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNGGGGGG wait. I then decided to simply call the Pasco store on 4th Ave, and I was connected to Michael, the store manager. He was OUTSTANDINGLY exceptional in helping me to attempt to trouble shoot the website but my computer just kept looping. He then was also EXCEPTIONAL in helping me place the order for the two items using store pick up that I needed right away and then went to the store to pick them up. Michael came out to the curbside pickup and took my credit card and brought the items to us while we waited in the car. Michael is a PERFECT CANDIDATE to train others in the benefit and the skills needed to bring back CUSTOMER SERVICE as it was at one time. Michael made our immediately needed purchase a TRUE PLEASURE. Michael is the reason I am leaving Walgreens because Customer Service is that important to me. So many times, customer service is non-existent at so many stores anymore.

Michael went above and beyond to order a product that I have been after for two weeks. Amazing customer service and an amazing manager! Alonso is also an awesome employee even though we pick on him. Would recommend anytime!

empty endeavor

Had to use the restroom. Right after I got in Rick started pounding on the door telling me to “step it up” because people are waiting. Told him I just got in and he started to argue with me in anger. He came back 2 minutes later and started screaming. Told my companion he would call The cops. Never been treated like this in any store.

VERY very rude people.. they almost look like they don’t like working there or want to be there half the time. There’s no need to be disrespectful to customers. It’s a pharmacy, makes you wonder how they treat the older community when they pick up their medications. Anywho, I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
