My friend and I both placed mobile orders and were both missing toppings. I got a mud pie mojo and it had 0 Oreos in it. I filed a complaint online and the manager emailed me to pretty much say you should of brought it back. Why would I drive all the way back after picking up? I don't recommend this place always packed and bad customer service

Entered store and noticed all tables and chairs outside were completely dirty. We ordered one medium cup and one small cup it came to $16 ice cream tasted diluted I believe they're losing their touch. Kind of expensive felt kind of rushed don't know if I'll come back thought you all should know.
