Nice hotel with clean spacious rooms. Convenient location being right off the highway and close to stores. The room service was great, friendly staff and great tasting food. The Casino was on the smaller side, and the staff in the Casino area were fantastic. The hallways were pretty smoky, but the rooms were fine. The hot water was not working the first day we were there, so it would have been nice if they didn't charge us a resort fee since we couldn't even take a shower. However, they do have really good rates.

We Enjoy our visit at 12 tribes omak Casino. The room was clean and the staffs were friendly. Casino it self was nice but many slots machines were similar games but still fun to play. Restaurants was good We both had fun spent time here for two days. We will back to visit in the near future for sure.

So much potential, but didn't follow through on the actualization. The suites are spacious with views and offer many amenities that aren't working or never did. Literally no hot water at anytime for the jetted bath tub or a shower, heated towel rack doesn't work, fancy mirror with a screen for temp or TV doesn't work, and no sheets for the pull out bed. Furniture was also damaged or dirty. The bed was very comfortable and I got a good night's rest ready for the day. The spa was very relaxing, I got a 90 min deep tissue massage that left me wanting more. Larry is the man! He has 18 years experience and knows all the right areas to relax your muscles. The food at the restaurants is decent and the hotel staff is nice and helpful (except for the hot water issue). The sauna is huge and the temp is just right! But, beware of the pool/sauna area if you are looking to relax. Kids are running around everywhere splashing & screaming and the noise is unbearable. I have kids so I get it, but my suggestion is to go early in the morning or late evening. The WiFi is spotty and doesn't work in the pool area, gym, or restaurants. Overall I am on the fence about staying again, but the kids had fun.

When we checked in they said their was problem with the hot water. They said the water was warm but not hot and it should be fixed soon. To my fault I did not ask what soon meant. The water was absolutely cold. We stayed for three nights. Yes we could have forfeited our room rent and went somewhere else. They only had one restaurant open and it was not very good. When I checked in they said the three restaurants and the buffet would be open. This was not the case. When I told the front desk of our issues they said sorry then a blank stare. No offer of any thing. I asked if they could discount or something the reply was no. Personally I will not be going back. Sad to say it could be a really nice place with different management through out. Should you decide to chance it, good luck. I hope your experience is better then ours.

There are hook ups for water, sewer, electric. They ask what amps you will need to plug into, 30 amp plug or 50 when you register to stay in the R.V. area .( Front Desk in Casino you can register ).Which is the East side entrance at Casino building inside. They also have a hook up for cable t.v. that has quite a few channels . WiFi of course has a password and that also is givin when you check in . Happy Trails ✌
Could not tell you I do not go to the omak casino no more they treated me rudely and rilly imbarest me in frunt of a lot of my friends on night my dad spends more in that casino than eney bodey probably ever has he is a red card holder and I treated the please with respect it has allwase bean my saintuary I might not spend a hole lot ther but now I will probably never spend my money there again because the bad way they treated me in frunt of half the people I no the food ther is great tho

Yes they do... and there pet friendly rooms get filled up pretty fast so. If you make Reservation way ahead before you pick a day to stay here. It's just a suggestion

I have never seen anyone on a hoverboard there but I'm assuming its not an issue as long as your not riding it inside the casino or inside the resort!

They will usually allow you to check in by 2pm and if you ask give you an extra hour to check out... around noon:)
Restaurant it's depending on how busy it 8s, normally they are open until 9 and weekends till midnight also. Bars weekdays 11 to 12 and weekends 2 to 3 depending on how busy they are running.
