Omak post office is closed on Saturdays. There were atleast two employees still working when I tried to pick up my general delivery letter from Ohio. I asked them to give me my letter if they had it. They refused due to their policy and told me I would have to come back on Monday. That's somewhat understandable. But, they also refused to tell me if they had received my letter so I would know they had it! That childess and unhelpful attitude is unacceptable. They should be given a written reprimand for not simply telling me they had my letter or not.

No line & fast courteous service! The office was extremely clean and organized. The staff is wonderful and answered all my questions!

Understaffed, packages often sit in back unsorted for 1-2 days before pickup is available.

Before they close usually. Even though it may say available for pick up when you look up your tracking number. 4:30 the latest.
