Update: I am working with a representative to have my internet watched and they will make repairs. I am changing my stars at this time to reflect the effort from the representative to work on my case. Internet goes down a few times per day. I call about it all the time. Usually they tell me they don’t see anything in their side. I have reported that the internet goes down when someone pulls up to my house or drives away from my house that is connected to the internet and was confronted by a very abrasive tech that came to the house. Another the guy came out and ran some new wires but still didn’t fix the issue. Still happening and when I call I get told, I’ll have tech support look into it and they’ll cal me back. I DONT receive the call backs and then just call again next time I’m working from home and it goes out. Definitely looking for a better option!

I like there Using them but I wish they give us more details on their plans to update there speed all over our area.

We pay for high speed package but it shuts off about twice a day. The customer service doesn’t know enough of what they should know. Anytime we call to see what’s happening, they say our speed is maxed out and to shut some devices off even when no one is using it at the time. Every few months they say that we don’t pay for what we have been paying for and they ask that you “increase your speed package” but it never fails to shut off and on months after.

I called 9/30/21 to cancel my services, it’s now 11/15/21. They were supposed to port my phone number to AT&T. They keep telling me that it’s At&ts fault and giving me the run around. My employee and I have spent several hours on the phone with them with At&t on the phone. Other times we’ve called the person handling our account wasn’t available or in a meeting. I’m a single mom with a business and can’t afford to pay 2 internet bills and be on the phone for several hours just to get the run around. I was never really happy with the service I was getting here customer service sucked and the internet wasn’t very reliable. I was just trying to support a local business since the owner was a client. I’m very disappointed and in no way will ever recommend this company.

The prices vary with the speed package. When I signed up there was 3 different packages.
