Made our reservation ahead of time for a jacuzzi suite, and called ahead to ensure that check-in time was at 4. We arrived at 4:30 and were told we could not check in because our room was not clean. They said at least 3 other rooms were ahead of ours to be cleaned so it would be another hour before we could actually get into our room. We ended up having to put all of our stuff back in our car at not get ready for our evening, all because they couldn’t manage to have the rooms cleaned at the posted check-in time. Not ever coming back.

Lots of slot options, payouts are terrible compared to other area casinos you can spend hundreds or even drop a thousand and not get a single bonus. I haven't tried the table games yet. Food prices are high at their restaurant and cafe for a casino. They used to have decent promotions but they have now cut back on those as well. Used to be able to comp food and different things if you were a high level card and they also are taking that away or cutting back to where it is not worth it. Rooms are dirty if you are going there I recommend not staying at the hotel. It is nice that you can buy tobacco products with points and comp you have earned the other local casinos you cannot.

Recent stay was horrible. Was accused of having unauthorized guess in my room. I gave no reason for this. Security looking like they was ready to throw me to the ground. No other rooms were being checked that I saw or heard. Wasn't being loud or anything like that. I am also a tribal member and to be treated this way was humiliating.

Will not go back. Could not even play for awhile. No bonus. If you did get 8 free games. Did not get nothing. When you lose most of your money within a half hour. Something is wrong. State needs to go to all these casinos an check them out. Ripping people off!!!
