Hotel is still fairly new. Beautiful! Casino is nice size. Couldn't get wifi on first visit, had to get it reset twice before it worked on the second visit. Seemed understaffed.
howdy do
Extremely tight machines. I supose thats expected since its a newly built casino; gotta pay that hefty mortgage bill. Sky rocketing prices on everything doesnt help either. Food court? There were only 3 places w limited selection of food which were pricey. Wont gamble there. Only 1 day overnight n rv park area & must earn 10 pts if u want 2 extend rv ovenight stay. It cost close to $100 to earn the 10 pts. Terrible payouts. Takes $10 to earn 1 point. Need a loose machine to earn that 1 pt.

I have been going to casinos for over 40yrs. The food is gross. The machines don’t pay out. Cedar Lakes is By far the worst casino I have ever been in. For being a new casino; It’s a dive. Definitely recommend eating before you go there. The Resort down the road has awesome food.

BEAUTIFUL Casino and hotel. Gaming floor is roomy with a diversity of old and new games. The new food court offers a large choice of different foods from all over and has abundant seating. The decor is tasteful and classy. Pub 33 is fantasicly decorated and will be a destination date night. Hotel rooms are just beautiful the lake colored decor is soothing. The suites are beyond anything I have seen in this area. With a walk out balcony on the suites and cozy seating area. The suites will be an awesome romantic getaway close to home. The whole hotel is non smoking. Each floor has it's own housekeeping area making it convenient for staff to grab whatever you need. Over all this is a wonderful addition to the Leech Lake gambling family and community.

The Ojibwe people originally referred to Cass Lake as Cedar Lake. There was an upper and lower Cedar Lake, hence Cedar Lakes.
