Took my daughter to Zara today to get some cute clothes. Nobody greeted us or asks if we needed help finding anything, which is odd, as it's common practice in a retail store. My daughter took her clothes to the fitting room, and the lady who's hand/arm was bandaged up told her they were closed. I asked why & she said they close an hour early. What?! You have got to be kidding! What clothing store closes their fitting room an hour before closing? The manager and some of the employee's were very unfriendly & were all smirking at each other while we were trying to talk to the manager about it. My husband ever had to say to the manager, "I can see you can care less about what I have to say." Very unprofessional bunch of young adults that could care less about their jobs. Regrettably, even though they have cute clothes, we will not be returning to a store that treats their customers like that. After reading all the other reviews, I can see it seems to be the norm with this location. Way to go corporate. Keep on hiring the best. 👍

Nice kids clothing, and great selection. None of the employees asked if we needed any help with anything, but they seemed friendly. Main issue is they shut down their fitting rooms "an hour early" so there's no way for your kids to try things on at that point. Never seen a retail store not want to increase a sale-let alone have their dressing rooms closed early. Employees refuse to give their name when you mention calling corporate about it. When a "manager" came over, she had zero intention of listening/fixing the situation, all with a smirk on her face. Super classy for a 19-22yr old in a management position. (If she really was) Went from 6+ items and was going to shop the adult side as well to 1 item & never shopping at this store again.

Simone the 'manager' of this store is incredibly inconsiderate and does not care about Zara as a company. I had over $500 worth of items and she did not care to let my husband try on the items. The store does not close for another HOUR yet she did not try to accommodate or offer any customer service. All the workers are children who just stand around waiting for their shift to end. They put up a closed foe the night sign as I walked up to the fitting room. God forbid they have to fix a few more t-shirts after we try some stuff one. Zara should seriously looking into hiring professionals and salespeople and not idiots.

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service me and my family received tonight at Zara in Fashion Place Mall. We were in the store shopping for my son a HOCO fit. We had been there shopping for about 20 minutes. We found 12 items to try on. Each peice $50+! One of the male employees was putting up the Fitting Room closed sign. We said we needed to quickly try on all the clothes we had found he said they closed fitting rooms at 7🤔. There was another man asking to also try something on. He told us we couldn't try anything on. We begged if he could quickly let us try them on since we live far away and didnt want to have to buy everything and then return if. He then said again they close fitting rooms an hour before close. We asked if we could speak to the manager. He then came back with a women who claimed to be the manager. She had absolutely no customer service, her tone of voice was disgusting & she may be one of the rudest humans i have ever encountered. I explained we drove over an hour to visit Zara and we would be quick also that online and when we called no one mentioned the fitting rooms closed early, nor did they announce it while we were shopping so we would know to try the things on. She said obviously it wouldn't be posted anywhere or announced 🤔. She also said she couldn't give her name because the company doesn't allow them to tell customers their names. Even the customers who overheard our conversation were upset and said they would not buy anything from a company who treated customers like that. They put their items down and left. I am EXTREMELY DISGUSTED that my kids had to witness such a level of evil over us trying to support a business & ruined what we thought would be a fun family night getting my son his suit. My son said he will tell eveyone not to support or shop at a business with such BAD customer service. Even he was completely shocked at the way we were treated for trying to spend hundreds of dollars in a store. This lady needs to be fired!!!!
