I spoke with a man named JT on the phone for about 5 minutes. He told me to come in. I went in, after about 5 minutes of filling out the credit application I told him that I changed my mind and no longer wanted to go through with a purchase. In total- 10 minutes of time with JT. I told him I was leaving and I thanked him for his time. He said "this is totally your decision" and seemed like the nicest guy in the world throughout my 5 minute phone interaction and my 5 minute in person interaction. About 5 minutes after I left he insulted me through text and said that I wasted his time. He also insulted my father because I mentioned that my dad was texting me while I was at the dealership and that he didn't think it was a great idea to buy a car right now. I am a first time car buyer and this was possibly the worst experience I could've had. I cannot speak for the entire dealership, but my experience with JT could not have been worse. Absolutely no class or any indication of mutual respect. I would steer clear.

My girlfriend payed $23,000 on August 2nd for a truck and almost immediately things started going wrong with it. She tried and tried to get help with the fix finder report. The issues indicated on the report are as follows: oil pump, oil pan gasket, timing cover gasket, power train system, and anti-lock break system. When she took it in because they told her she couldn't get her money back they reset the trouble codes without fixing them. She bought the warranty but she had to wait 90 days and 1000 miles before it would start. She just had to put $3,100 into fixing the truck because national auto plaza took advantage of her. She just called about the title and plates and they still dont have them neither. BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!

Started out great when I drove the car off the lot. Nice car, fair price. Since then not so great. I was told they call me when my plates came. My temp tags have expired and still no plates. I had signed on my car for $16,200 but getting setup for my first payment the loan shows $20,900. Still trying to figure that out. Seems like every time I call to get questions answered I'm referred somewhere else. I'll try to call my sales rep who was my best friend yesterday, doesn't even remember me the next. I suppose that's typical. I just wish anything went the way they said it would when I signed for the car. Very frustrating.

Yeah the managers are crazy and have major ego problems. They are nice until they know you won't give them money or do exactly as they say
Don't do it. Their service is horrible and you'll regret going there. I'd take my service elsewhere
