Positive: Location was good with plenty of parking and close to restaurants, grocery store and gas station. Guy at desk was nice and tried to be helpful. Negative: Front lobby was small and had a strange odor. Free breakfast was only some cold items and nothing hot. Not so good. There was no microwave as I had reserved but guy at front desk was very nice and brought one in. Bathroom sink leaked when you turned it on

Front desk lady was rude. On her phone and didn't even notice us come in the door. Wouldn't let us check in early even for the $15. I will never book this place again. Room was dirty. Blanket was stained along with one of the two towels in the bathroom. Ac unit is unbelievably loud. I don't usually leave a bad review but this was not worth the money.

Wyndam shame on you for not providing customer service training for your staff and charging $15 to check in 45 minutes early, even though the room was ready. We sat in your lobby on wire chairs with very little padding for 30 minutes, listening to the front desk clerk complete on line training before I asked her if she was going to check us in without the charge. She called a manager to see if she could...15 minutes people! I spent over 20 years in the hotel industry, human resources and customer service and knew immediately she was new. It was her 2nd day, memorial weekend and left alone. She did not explain room rate, wifi, the check in form, etc. I felt obligated to instruct her on proper Check in procedures when welcoming a guest since you didnt bother. She can take it or leave it Greeting was fair. She looked lost. I initially called Wyndham to make reservation and the checkin showed I booked thru Expedia and could not use the same card I guaranteed with? The checkin form had wrong cc info on it. Something about Expedia guarantee card? Accommodations fair. Room had oder. Towel rack was missing. NO towels in the room. Only 3 pillows for queen bed. Definately low budget property. Served the purpose, but will find other accommodations when we come back to area in June.

Old, very mixed feeling about this place. Furnitire was old and chipped up, dirty, had newer carpet though. The amenities we were used were not there. They moved us to a different room, the 1st room the chair even had rips in the arms. Couldn't believe it. NEVER AGAIN
