This is a small motel with rooms that sould be updated. The rooms are reasonably clean and are more expensive than you would expect. Keep in mind you have limited options in Little Falls so I guess pricing is based on demand. Just an FYI, they were offering biscuits and gravy for breakfast, unfortunately there were no biscuits when we were there, only gravy.

Positive: Close to a lot of places to eat. Negative: The room smelled a little musty. The hot tub was look warm at best.

Was not the worst hotel, but not the greatest either. If your just passing through and need a room, it may be for you. The young gentleman working upon my arrival was friendly, but overall the hotel feels a tad "run down" and like whomever is running it just doesn't care. The hot tub was closed but can't complain as that was disclosed on the website. Upon arrival we find out the pool was also closed. A few different reasons were given for the closure. Upon reviewing my room I am glad to say there were no bugs (shockingly) as the bedding, including pillows, were dingy, worn, and definitely needed to be replaced. I had to ask for a new blanket as there were dark spots on the original one, not sure if it was a stain or mildew/mold. Staff was accommodating to this, but grossed me out the rest of the stay.

Everything was blah. Staff was nice. Breakfast was still closed down, wasn't told but expected that. Hot tub not working, wasn't told. Pool area was open. Room was ok. Bathroom wasn't cleaned the best. Definitely could have someone spend a little more time wiping things down, especially the floor. Top bedding stained on one bed. I'm not fussy but felt like I was staying at a relatives house who did the bare minimum in cleaning to get by. For the price paid, it should have been much better. I would suggest to bring with your own cleaning supplies to stay.
