Pheasant Run is a wonderful community to live in. Lots of green open space, a playground for the kids, basketball court, right off Main St. but set back off the road far enough that it's safe to walk and for kids to play and still quiet. The grounds are very well kept, neighbors are friendly, management and maintenance are very responsive and generally quick to resolve any issues. Good school district too (Souderton Area SD.)

1 bedrooms are hard to come by. I have a spinal cord injury but I did learn how to walk again but for me to get an apartment I had to settle for a second floor one. I don't mind it's good exercise. And where I'm located in the complex is very quiet and very nice I have great Neighbors. I do believe that there are some people that live here really should not be here there should be more disabled people allowed to be in here! There's lots of single moms there are families your rent is dependent on your earned income. The only thing that I don't like it's building should have its own laundromat. That would be a great help for those who are disabled! Unfortunately a lot of the maintenance people that used to work here have left for one reason or another. Two to three years ago it was absolutely brilliant, in the head of Maintenance did live on the property this is not so anymore. People who need a job should apply to work here.
I would recommend calling the complex directly or calling the property management team.
