Much Props to Jessica! Very helpful, very personable and very efficient! As every where in this country, they are short staffed and had cancelled one of the tests my mother was to have and I had taken the day off of work for… meaning I would have to find time and lose another day at work! Well, Jessica went above and beyond to squeeze my mother in at another location! Thank you for making sure my mother gets whats she needs and for making sure I get to work.
