One of my favorite places in Provo. The people who work there are incredible. I occasionally have something I need to do on my bike that I’m capable of doing at home but I love the atmosphere there so I’ll go in and pay the $5-10 in shop time to do it. I’ve built several bikes from the ground up in their stands over the years, and I’ve never needed a tool they didn’t have. I’ve learned just about everything I know about bikes at the collective.

the people at the bike collective have always been super helpful and kind when i’ve needed help with my bike. they have fun community events too :)

Love the group ride cruises they host. So educational

They’re helpful to the local community. They’re a non-profit and have a lot of volunteers. They’re good people.

Owner here. Yes, we sell name-brand, quality refurbished mountain bikes for $150-400 typically.
Provo Bicycle Collective does not rent. You can buy bikes pretty cheap ($270-350) and convert into a gravel bike though!
If you mean cargo bikes, they don't sell cargo bikes
Hi Maria, We sell refurbished commuter bikes between $200-350. We occasionally will have bicycles that cost less than $200. We also have unfixed bicycles that we sell for around $80. They take a lot of love to get going but we can help you with that as well.
Hi DaJuan. We cut down hours during the winter months because we typically see fewer customers when it's colder outside. We are open T, TH 2-6 and Sat 12-6. You're also welcome to come volunteer on T, TH 7-9 and Sat 9am-Noon. Thanks!
They don't, best bet would be KSL classifieds, FB marketplace, or eBay.
Yes. We have single speed chains in stock for $6. We can order you nicer ones, too.
They got lots of used parts very inexpensive nice guys and girls too
Yes, 400E.
Provo Bicycle Collective sells used bikes and their inventory varies depending on what is donated. If you're looking for something like that, Jigawatt Cycles is the best shop to talk to.
