A bit of lubrication on the machine would be much appreciated a lot of them are stiff. It's always the owner answer : Ask the manager about the issue. I just reached the owner here about the thing to improve at your gym, why don't you take the phone and call your manager or the maintenance guy and fix the problem? Why i won't tell the staff at the gym because they'll say ok we'll take care of it and nothing will be done. To help you, this machine is stiff as... 👇👇👇👇👇

Definí this location SUCKS!!! The staff in front are not nice and if you ask them for something they get hella RUDE. The guy with kinda long brownish hair is way rude. NEVER GOING TO THE PROVO

Planet Fitness is a fine gym but has no bend which is a big downside. When trying to cancel it was the biggest hassle I have ever had to go through. I would highly NOT recommend this gym as there are tons of other gyms that are better.
