I live right between the Draper and the Provo Ford dealerships. The Provo one is so much better with customer service. They are informative and helpful and make it easy to get what I need and get on my way.

Reese my service advisor did an amazing job, there were a couple hiccups with the original tech that was working on my truck that ended up delaying my truck. He set me up with a loaner vehicle and a new tech Wade picked up the slack and finished my truck up for me. Great customer service and the work done has been good.

Our service department opens at 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:00 AM on Saturday.
The max tow on our f150 is 13200 lbs and will handle your trailer just fine.
