It a such a shame, this place has the potential to be very nice however, it is managed by totally incompetent employees that has no interest in maintaining this property. The location is convenient, the units have a great size. Unfortunately, that is it. Be prepared to share your apartment with mice, lots of it. Before signing the lease take a tour and speak to other residents if possible so that you can make an informed decision about this complex. The dumpsters are overflowing, kitchen cabinets falling apart, gross carpet in hallways, old appliances, layers and layers of paint on the walls. This place is a little to concerned about collecting every small fee. Doing shady things such as creating fake final move-out damages, so company can keep the deposit or even charge additional money. Property manager and staff simply do not care about your issues or concerns.

If and when they decide to answer any of your inquiries or concerns - it will start with - Apologizes for the delayed response.

I must say we have a maintenance crew that’s outstanding. They are fast and polite, never had a problem with their service. Thank You Sherwood Crossing Maintenance !!!!

Quiet nice community amenities, professional courteous staff quick response to maintenance requests. So far it's been a great experience. My one complaint is the that the front door to our building does not stay locked. We repeatedly report it it gets fixed for a short period then back to unlocked, perhaps we need a new tumbler in the lock
