The poor bartender, he mixed drinks, served them, sat us at our table, brought us our chips and salsa, took our order, delivered our food, took our empty plates away and cashed us out. Definitely overworked. Only one other server. Food was really good. Service was really good. Would definitely go back, but they need more staff.

Very disappointing food. We order from Acapulco Blaine on a regular basis, but today we accidentally ordered from new Brighton. Food was not the same at all. Pork verde fries were horrible. Super soggy with standing water in the container. Cheese sauce tasted like it had been made days ago and continued to be reheated. Chicken chimichangas had no flavor. Ordered for curbside and when I got there I called and was told to come in and get it. Worst experience ever. We will not be using this location ever again.

Sad. About as nice as I can say. Couldn't get a server, finally got one and got food in a timely manner. Toquito's one chicken two beef very bland. Seafood enchiladas very fishy tasting. Server never checked on meals and waited 15 minutes to get our bill finding out our server left for the day. Had to ask multiple servers for our bill as one would go off to acquire about it and then go off doing something else. Never had such a difficulty time to pay our bill.

I haven’t found a better deal on fajitas anywhere north of the border. They pile on the meat, peppers, and onions. On occasion, the flavor of the fajitas has come up wanting, but that hasn’t stopped me from coming back again and again. In fact, I haven’t found more flavorful refried beans anywhere else. I’m not even a fan of refried beans, but these make me salivate just thinking about them. The warm flour tortillas make the perfect companion for the sizzling sautéed veggies and the platter of accompaniments. It’s a meal you can savor in the restaurant and take home to enjoy the next day.

I cannot say for certain but, they do try to keep it real....
No, there are only two soups on the menu--a chicken soup and a "tortilla soup." They do sometimes have specials, but I have never seen birria.
They have both available.
