I really don’t like to write bad reviews but this one needs to be done. I got my nails done on a Thursday by Kay. They turned out absolutely wonderful. But after about 2 days, three of my nails broke doing my laundry. All I did was pick something up and they snapped off at the tip. Also to add, the ones that didn’t break were already separating and starting to fall off on the end close to my cuticles. Made an appointment to fix them but had to cancel and rescheduled for the next day. Both times I tried to return when they said to come in, I was turned away once I actually got to the salon, saying they were too busy to fix them. (Within 20 minutes of calling) I’m sure my experience happened to be just a lemon but honestly I will never return due to them not caring more about fixing their mistakes and prioritizing more paying customers vs someone who just wants what I paid for fixed. 2 days. Never had I had nails break so fast. I also tipped my lady 65 bucks (wanted to match the price I paid in tip) for such an awesome job. I don’t appreciate the poor customer service and broken promises.

I went to luxury nails for the first time today for a pedi and dip powder and it was great! They communicated a ton and made sure I didn't wait long for my appointment. They did an amazing job on my nails...quick and beautiful. I will absolutely be back!

My coworker brought me here because I had a bad experience at my usual place and I loved it. It’s small but in a good way. They talk to you by name and my claws… I mean nails ended up amazing. We are definitely coming back together

Stop waisting your time and money on getting your nails done anywhere else, GO HERE. These gel manicures lasted 5+ weeks without a chip. The staff is very professional and pay attention to detail. Han does a great job with eyebrow wax and dye. Prices are super reasonable. Just go here. It's worth it.
