I love this community! It's like a family here! It's also so nice when something needs to get fixed because our head of maintenance, Todd is amazing! Todd always gets the job done and makes sure there are no problems in your apartment!! - I also want to add that Enio seems to be an important part of the Windsor team! He works so hard keeping all the buildings nice and clean and the Windsor grounds kept up too. You can count on Enio!

A thousand times THANKS to Todd!!! for being consistently efficient and so helpful with the repairs at my apartment. I have been living here for more than 3 years and I appreciate very much his kindness and great humor! both thumbs up!! Also, would love to mention how amazing Enio has been for the building and community, he does a great job and goes beyond his duties. He and his wife are amazing neighbors and friends :).

I have lived at Windsor South Apartments for over 10 years now. The Management Team is Incredible ,the Maintenance is Amazing. But I would like to take this opportunity to especially Thank Onio. He always works hard in our building and has come to my rescue when I experienced a leak in my home. He always is Very Professional, and Cleans Our Building as if it was Also his Home. This he continues to do always with a smile. It makes us Happy to call Windsor South Apartments Our Home. Thank You Onio and All the Staff At Windsor South.

Apartments are solid but what really made it a 5 star place is the community. We’re friends with many residents and some even watch our dog! 4 parks within walking distance too. We ended up next door to one of the maintenance Employees Enio, and his family, who are wonderful people and the best neighbors we could have asked for!
