I love this business model, you are literally In and Out so efficiently and at a time that works for you!! I have used this business for years without a single issue, the way it is set up is perfect compared to the old days of getting in lines. I can grab gas at same time and my package notification is flawless, perfect digital mail System.

Would rate 6 stars if I can! I've used the service a few times and it has been extremely quick and painless. Plus their customer service is top notch. I had to email them a few times to consolidate packages into one locker and identify stored parcel (store did not provide correct tracking number...) and they were all answered on same day. Plus all the packages are stored on same day as delivery, and free return service is just awesome. Will definitely keep on using them and recommend to family/friends if they need to purchase anything from US.

Best parcel pickup place in PR. I've only tried two, for what it's worth, but the 24 pickup is sooooo convenient, the prices are very reasonable, and their service (return service especially) is top notch. Of course, everyone is a pleasure to deal with as well!

This is the best parcel pickup location I have ever used. It's incredibly convenient to be able to access the automated lockers 24/7. I normally go to Point Roberts later in the evening to avoid any highway or border traffic. The email notification system and automated lockers make picking up and sending out packages very easy. Occasionally I have to return something to Amazon and I just package it up with the shipping label, leave it in one of the lockers, email the staff, and it's picked up and given to the courier the next day. During the border closure I had some parcels stuck there and the staff consolidated my packages into one box, got me a fair shipping rate, and delivered my stuff into Canada. For the few times I have been in during the day the staff are super friendly and always helpful.

your package will still get to you. Just more work for the staff to look your name up on the system. They will send you an email to remind you to always add the # at the end of the address
The counter is open as their specified hours. They are usually quite busy and can't always pick up the phone (especially during holiday season). It's always better to email them a question if you can, I find they respond quite quickly.

Following info from InOutParcel website. Storage Fees Once your parcel is placed in a locker, please pickup the parcels within 14 days. After 14 days, your parcel will automatically be assessed a storage fee equivalent to the pickup fee. Every time the parcel lapses 7 days, this fee will automatically be deducted from your credit balance. You will always have 7 additional days to pick up the parcel once the parcel gets charged a storage fee. Please pickup your parcel within 14 days after you receive the ready to pickup notification to avoid any storage fees. Example. A package weighing 18 lbs arrived and was filed to a locker on Jan 1st. On Jan 1st, we charge a receiving fee of $3.75 to your account (for packages under 20 lbs). If the package is not picked up by Jan 14 end of day, then on Jan 15, and every week thereafter, we charge $3.75 for storage until the package is picked up. The package will be rejected and disposed of after 80 days, unless an arrangement has been made.
