The worst customer service imaginable how is this level of incompetence allowed in this day and age? Any other startup would have been out of business with a 1.8 star review. I have had to call for 3 days in a row to get a tech to come out to my house. Currently on hold they are saying it's because of covid? You have had almost 2 years to get this work from home figured out. I wish Google was in my neighborhood would switch yesterday. Can anyone say class action lawsuit?

DO NOT GO WITH THEM! I'm contacting the better business bureau because I've been attempting to contact them for WEEKS now to cancel my services and cannot get through to ANYONE at all!!!!
