pathetic service. My freight sat in Salt Lake for 8 days (after sitting in Kansas city for 10). A simple 3 day ship by truck turned into 4 weeks of sitting on a train in different cities. Lied to repeatedly by managers and staff over many weeks. I could of picked my item up myself 4 times over.
