Was told I had a for sure job and they wait 4 days to fly out after quitting my job and buying a lot of unnecessary stuff on top of a lot of wasted gas driving to another state for there closest terminal just to be called and said the offer is no longer mine

The best that they have to offer is a traumatic and Improper training experience, low pay, and discrimination against African American Women. Forcing someone to live on a truck with another truck driver who only has 6 months of experience themselves does not a proper training experience make. Knight doesn't care about drivers or the industry, if they did they would pay more and diversify their workforce. Also once they found out that I was African American they never followed up on my application. Do not waste your time ladies. There are other options available if you do the research and stop listening to other drivers experiences at other companies.
