If you want to be disrespected by staff, have a dirty/ smelly room with broken appliances, this place is perfect for you. When asked for assistance we were rudely told nothing was wrong and said if we don’t like it we could stay somewhere else. (And my parents are handicapped) So we did, only were there for a 4 hours, luckily got our refund. (Wasn’t sure we were cause of how sketchy that place is) Figured out we left our charging cord in the room, went back to retrieve and was rudely told to leave the premises after being ignored for minutes. This place steals too! SONNY is the rude employee. Here’s your warning. You’re welcome.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Construction in area was a mess. Perkins next door is a plus! Their free breakfast was good, healthy options!! I'd stay there again!

When I presented a valid card to the attendant he told me he could not take my card because it could be from the deep web. I then spent an hour driving around trying to find a visa gift card to then be informed that they could not take the card. it took me almost 3 hours to check in to my room, Along with that they called me at 1:30 in the morning and told me my car alarm was going off but when I got downstairs my car in fact was not going off. This was the worst hotel experience I have had. Room however was clean I have no qualms there,

Home away from home! Large, soundproof rooms. VERY clean and organized, room rates vary, but friendly staff ready to help. It made us feel comfortable after a long day of driving and doctors.
