Seen them turn away customers who have atm withdrawel limitations because they wanted to use the window pretty sad to see

Getting a little tired of having to go thru the drive up. I do the buisness banking with them and if I need change I must go thru the first lane which is always packed. And why only 2 tellers when there is 4 drive ups?
