Hi Britany, our Ogden location has two floors. We do not have an elevator but we do plenty of seating on the first floor. We also have our Layton location that is all one floor.
They don't have an online application system so you will need to call or go into the location you are interested in and talk to a manager.
Yes they are. My kids have even gone there on field trips to practice etiquette skills they learned in kindergarten.
