Everything looked absolutely perfect when it was delivered today. The person that took my order was patient and kind, the delivery driver was prompt and even arrived before the allotted time I was estimated when I first ordered the food. It all really looked like the pictures in advertisement and tasted just as delicious. I’m very pleased I even called the manager to thank them and their staff for it all. It’s not every day that we order out, and to have such a great experience with everything just makes it all perfect. Even the person that took my order was joking about having a case of the Monday’s, so to have them all put this together so perfectly, just made my family’s night. I really cannot applaud them enough for the food we were given tonight.

The past two times I have gotten food delivered from here were extremely disappointing. The first time they delivered my food to the wrong address. By the time they figured it out (1 hour later) the food was cold. Not even an apology. Tonight the food showed up a half hour later than the hour I was told. I thought maybe they were just busy, but food was cold again. Not even warm. Time for a new pizza place.

The pizza we ordered was good, except we specifically asked for 3 marinara sauces to be delivered and was told that was fine, we were also told cheese bread came with 2 marinara sauces; the pizza and cheese bread arrived with only 1. All I can say is Failure to communicate on godfathers behalf, if someone is going to answer the phones they should know what is going on. When we called and asked about the mistake, they said they would give us 2 more in 45 minutes when the pizza would be cold. They ended up giving a $6 credit to our account for future use, not sure we will be coming back to use it.

I don't measure pizza on a scale of 1-10, I measure it on a scale of 1-Godfathers! This being my usual location, and if I ever had any issues, it couldn't have been a big deal, because I don't remember it!
