Couldn't hear us through intercon. Came out and stood by our car and took our order. Distracted and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Failed to add an item we ordered. Solution at window was to wait for them to make it (Already had been waiting over 20 minutes) and to pay for them full price. We just went without. No apologies for inconvenience or error. Food we did receive was luke warm. Usually have a great experience here....disappointing.

Yes eric is right. We go atleast 2 times a month if not more and we are 50 mins away it's that good..
I would say sit down casual. Go in and order at the counter, choose your table and they bring it out to you. P.s. try the tiger fries...amazing!!!
Save 3 of them and turn them in for a free Pizza Fries or Parmesan Fries.
