Always kind, and helpful. Also kept me in the loop of everything going on. Great attitudes and was willing to let me make appointments if had questions that could not be answered over the phone. I feel like they do they're job well. Thanks!

Questions & Answers

How do I get a copy of my police report?

It would depend on what exactly you need from it, and what's going on now with your case now...as in, it could be you need to fill out a request form with the PD department that the report was taken with (usually takes a few days for a response) assuming there's not an active investigation going on at time of request or it could be at the Kootenai County records department (if you got a ticket higher than an infraction up to arrested), and/or on the repository website which used to be helpful however the new icourt system is a bit more difficult to get info from and doesn't offer nearly as much info. Also if the report was just taken odds are its not complete yet by the officer meaning that could also delay your response back time after filling out a request with the appropriate PD department. Hope this helps, good luck!

I had a cash settlement for 27grand and was arrested for something that was dropped.but 2200was on me was seized as drug money. Why won't they release my money.

Either corruption or a loophole in the law. Call a good lawyer now!
