Great spot to camp right off 80. They have electric, water, shower, bathroom, dumping station and a great playground. Did I mention super friendly town folks. We were sitting out and a car came by and said “welcome to Adair Iowa. Loved that!

There is 1 pull through site that has water and electric. the rest of the sites are back-in. Not sure how many "sites" there are as its just a gravel parking lot with more than enough 15/30 amp electrical hookups for rv's and tents $15/night for rv, $6/night for tent. Non-campers pay $2.50 for electric or showers. The pull through site and the site near the entrance have water, please bring a "y" splitter so others can share. There is one more water faucet near the bathrooms, but you can't really stay connected to it as it would be a tripping hazard on the sidewalk to the showers. Shouldn't be an issue using that one to fill tanks. There is a dumpster on site, but no sewer. The RV dump is by the bathrooms. By the looks of the men's showers you would need to be desperate to use them.
