Charged $125 to remove a heat shield. Said they needed a torch to remove it, hence the cost, and then I watched them remove it with their hands right after I paid.

I wish I could give them 0 star. All they did was trying to get more money from their customers. My car has no issue to fail the inspection, but they said it failed. They did the same thing on my friend’s car. They should not in the business anymore because they don’t do their job.

My check engine light came on and immediately my heart dropped as with the dreaded light you know this was not good. After a quick run to Autozone they informed me all that was needed was a new plug and a gasket. When I entered AAA Auto Tech I was greeted by staff who stated they would take care of me. Upon awaiting staff began discussing the incorrect diagnostic checks these companies have as all they look for is a quick sale. The staff reiterated another diagnostic should be run to carefully diagnose the problem. As it concluded not only was Autozone incorrect the staff at AAA Auto concluded the multiple issues my vehicle had. I was Impressed not only by the concern they had given me but the advisement that if repairs were not done I would jeopardize the safety of my family if I continued to drive the vehicle. The staff kept me updated with ever repair and replacement part as they explained visibly what was the cause and what was needed. Needless to say the staff at AAA Auto cared for their customers ensuring I would drive away safe and without issues. As the work completed not only was I satisfied with the labor provided but this experience opened my eyes to getting your vehicle repaired by dedicated individuals who know and care about their work. I highly recommend anyone to make an appointment at AAA Auto as they will be taken care of and know their vehicle was repaired correctly.

I had and oil and transmission issues AAA auto tech did a very good job explained the issue fix it with dealer parts and the service was great good people there. I recommend if you have any car issues to good to AAA AUTO TECH
