I’m a realtor here in FL and was looking for a great listing agent in the Boston area for a client that was moving to florida. I had followed Mike for years on SM and other forums so I called him to see if he was a good fit for my client and me since I knew the buyer had to sell his house in MA. I needed someone that communicated before, during and after the sale. Communication is essential in RE transactions. We spent easily 40 min on the phone although within minutes I knew Mike would be a great fit. My client interviewed other agents so the pressure was on Mike but he delivered.
