I’m bummed because I reached out inquiring about one-bedroom options and was told that the larger/pricier layout available at the time would be the only one-bedroom they would have until at least Fall. Supposedly, the leasing agent came to this conclusion after checking through when the current tenants’ leases would end for the other layouts (if they didn’t extend). Between then and now, I’ve seen multiple other one-bedroom layouts within my budget range listed as available on their website. Not sure if this is some weird hiccup in their leasing records, if the leasing agent was trying to use the limited availability to upsell me, or what. I was even considering temporarily taking a studio and upgrading to another layout in the Fall but was told I would need to pay an extra fee to do this so it’s better that I only plan to change apartments after my lease is up. Given all this, I decided to sign a lease at another complex that unfortunately doesn’t offer everything I was looking for at 333. So now I’m stuck and don’t even have the option to apply for the available layouts at 333. Leaving this review in hopes that there’s more transparency and accuracy in the information they give to future folks looking for an apartment!

I have been with 333 on the Park for about 1.5 years. I couldn't be happier and honestly cannot imagine another place where I could call home. I moved from out of state and didn't have the time to fly out to check out places myself. Application process was easy, straightforward, and fast. Amenities are great, gym has plenty of options including free weights, 24/7 access to coffee is amazing. Management team is responsive and attentive to tenants' needs. Small social gatherings organized by the 333 on the Park was and is a great way to meet your neighbors. 10/10 would continue living here.

I am new to Saint Paul, and I love this apartment community. My apartment is spacious and cozy with a beautiful east facing view. The staff (Lana, Julie, Nate, and Irma) are some of the most beautiful people. I have never felt more welcome anywhere. I am grateful 😊…Thank you for EVERYTHING you do. I do wish tenants would be more considerate and dispose of of trash (recycling) the correct way. Someone mentioned cleaning up after pets. I think the cleaning crew try’s hard. The real problem are the irresponsible pet parents. As far as the parking goes, we’ll sure it’s inconvenient and somewhat expensive. Still, I doubt there is a downtown ANYWHERE that offers anything much better…Saint Paul has good public transportation and 333 is located just across the street from the light rail. There are plenty of buses that accommodate nicely (bus 54 via airport stops right in front of the building). We have private access to the skyway that can make your walk shorter to several nearby cafes, and stores. Did I mention the farmer’s market every weekend, which is two short blocks away…333 is GOOD living.

Lana Christensen has been absolutely FANTASTIC!! We've looked at multiple apartment complexes in St. Paul and Minneapolis and we fell in love with 333 On The Park on our first tour! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are simply amazing! (Must see) Our plans and needs changed numerous times and Lana was incredible to work with! She was honest, open, responsive, detail-oriented, excellent about volunteering information she knew would be valuable and most of all, she was patient! She was great about keeping us informed and helping us explore options to ensure our needs were met! We highly recommend 333 On The Park and wanted to include a special shout-out to Lana!! Thank you!
