June 12. 2022 Worst Customer Service...a/c is not working..cool air is out, It's almost 80 degrees in here. I called the office asking for the maintenance people and the staff told me that this is not considered as an emergency. And said to open my windows...can you believe how they treat people here. They just get your money and treat you like nothing..if you are looking for comfort..do not come here..you will get the opposite..even the elevator has not been working for 2 days..I live on the 4th floor and can't go grocery shopping because how you gonna carry everything up to the 4th floor..it's really bad here... Is this sounds like 5 star living they are advertising??? I recommend you look for other places to live... Do not come here if you value your life.. safety is not a concern here. Yesterday I called the office and tell them that the ceiling fan right above my bed is shaking and making a very loud noise... I worry that it might fall on me when I'm sleeping and hurt me. Nobody shows up...today I called again to see why Nobody shows up to check on my ceiling fan. The person who answered me said that he will check and see if he can move my request up on their priority list... that means your safety is not on their priority list...the maintenance guy just shows up while I'm typing this review..he's really rude..like he's ready to fight me... so you decide what's best for you. STOP!!! DO NOT COME HERE...worst customer service..today i needed help..i went to the office asking for Danielle..the assistance manager...she refused to see me claiming she is too busy...even the manager Amber walked around the corner when i was asking for help..she looked at me and just walked away..did not even ask what i needed help with.. i wish the owners know how the management team here treat their residents...Worst of the worst..

The staff here is so amazing to work with! They are so detailed, kind, and organized, making check-in procedures a breeze. They are extremely prompt in handling any maintenance requests. Their clubhouse is super cute with nice amenities. I really love the ample cupboard space in the kitchen, and having my own bathroom is such a perk!

I lived here from early January of 2022 until end of April, 2022. The apartment itself was great value for the price, but wow, does this place want to bleed every penny they possibly can from you. Rent in and of itself is cheap, but moving out they're charging me over $100 in extraneous fees, like $10 for "small trash bag removal". Seriously? They also do "quarterly inspections" under the guise that they want to check if you need maintenance done...yeah no. They are looking for anything and everything you could be doing to violate your lease in the meantime, so that they can charge you. It feels very invasive, and as if you are living in the dorms anyway with RAs coming to do "room checks". I will also say that if you want to move here, do so with people who you know you will be comfortable living with. The management here will do the bare minimum in helping you should your relationship with your roommates turn sour, even if you feel you are in an unsafe situation. The amenity spaces are nice, the day to day office staff are all really kind and helpful. But if you are trying to save money and see the price tag on these apartments as very low, be aware they are out for your money, and really do not care about your personal or life circumstances.

The Pavilion on Berry is a wonderful apartment to live in, especially for graduate students (like me) who go the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus. Being very close to the light rail green-line, both the Minneapolis and St Paul downtowns are very accessible from TPOB. With its numerous facilities like the gym and gameroom, monthly events and multiple giveaways, the TPOB keeps its residents engaged throughout the year. The facts that the rooms come with full-furnishings and being located in a peaceful neighbourhood, this is the probably the best of all places I checked out before choosing TPOB.
