The Vintage is a wonderful place to live … from Curtis and Sean in Maintenance to Eric , Chelsea and Nurin In the office… . The Vintage is a well-oiled machine and we so appreciate the care and concern they express for all the residents !!! We have lived here for 14 months after 46 years in our home … we plan to stay !!!

My fiancé and I moved to Vintage on Selby about 4 months ago. We have been overjoyed with the staff and property. Every single staff member is friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. The property is always spotless. The other residents are also great. I truly have nothing bad to say about this place. The workout room, pool, and common areas are amazing and great for studying, relaxing and working out. If you are considering moving in the twin cities area I would 100% recommend moving to Vintage.

Best apartment building I've ever lived in. My wife and I moved in shortly after the building opened and had a great time living in Vintage on Selby. The building/front desk staff and the maintenance team were all excellent to work with and were always prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. The apartments were quiet and the appliances, etc. were all very nice. Underground parking area was also great! Whole Foods is convenient to have there as well, almost too convenient! I highly recommend Vintage on Selby. Great building, great staff, great neighborhood.

Where to begin, because its just all been positive. We love the location since we lived in this neighborhood for thirty years already. Even though we downsized from a house our new apartment is still spacious. The building is very well maintained by a friendly and hard working crew. The office staff could not be more helpful and courteous. Then there are the amenities of which The Vintage can rave about. The outdoor areas, The Yard, the Rooftop terrace, the Pocket Park and of course the swimming pool are all luxurious. And then not to mention the community rooms inside, wow! There is plenty of room to party and gather. For those of us who want them, there is extra storage space available and under ground parking. Oh did I mention Whole Foods is just downstairs.
