This BB is great for finding anything you're looking for. However, I came here twice in a week and there is a low amount of staff at this particular location so depending on what you are looking for you might be in and out or it could take a while. I recommend ordering online for pickup 👍

There inventory is very low. I suggest calling the store directly and not using the auto attendant but asking someone directly who works their; geek squad or service desk and not the actual person who works in that department, to please check and have the SKU number ready for them which is listed on the website and would make them more inclined to do a full search if they don't also have to look up the item
Generally companies don't handle these sorts of requests by public question on their Google profile. This is something you want to handle by calling the store, calling the Best Buy 800 number, or filling out a contact form on their website.
That's how their supply chain works, it's cheaper to have fuller trucks deliver products to store (fixed scheduling) than to deliver it individually to the customer.
