Update 10/10/22: After a decade of great service from Snell...not sure what's changed but things seem to have gone downhill. I was sold a water heater I didn't need, basically due to the tech not bothering to check for other sources of the water leak. After several more call outs (having to take time off work again & again) they still aren't sure what caused the leak, but it's clear that it wasn't the water heater. I believe they owe me a partial refund for the $2800 (!) water heater job. But the main issue is that you can't reach anyone who can do anything about it. You can't get a direct phone number to customer relations, nor can you get an email address. I keep calling main line, asking for the customer relationship person whose name I was given - the response is that they "can't find her" but they will "send her an email". There are a plethora of choices for HVAC services, so many that I'm finding it difficult to state that Snell is the "best" since I've only tried a couple of others. What I CAN say is that I've remained satisfied with Snell for many years. Michael, who came out yesterday for a routine inspection, is a great example of the professional technicians they employ. Update 3/29: Another excellent experience, this time Caleb for a routine A/C inspection. Which was anything but routine...exceptionally thorough... Update 2/26/22: Brandon this time, another "who could ask for more" experience!

We had a full HVAC system replaced by Snell and I can't say enough good things about what a fantastic experience we had with Josh and Austin. I was pretty stressed about this, it was a whole-system replacement, and I knew the crew would have to figure out how to run the copper through some challenging spots. Immediately on arrival, I realized the crew and the lead, Dan Hokland, knew exactly what they were doing, had experience, and were going to get this right. Move the reset switch to Pilot mode to allow gas to be sent to the pilot light. Next, press the reset button on your furnace and hold a match in front of the pilot light to confirm it is receiving gas. If you are able to produce a flame, release the reset button. Your furnace should now be operating properly.
