Update: this is still a great place for bulk items and commercial supplies. The food storage containers I bought for brining were also a better price than online surfers. People were really cool on my most recent trip too! Glad to see it's still a great option. This is great when you need commercial supplies or buy stuff in bulk. The staff is great and they have a wide variety. Prices are generally better than the supermarkets on most items, but compare on smaller items. This is a great place for commercial kitchen items as well. They've taken some good measures to keep people lining up properly to checkout, but you still need to watch for those that try to jump the queue.

I don't know about their prices, I don't follow that very closely, but their customer service was great when I was there today. They had a computer issue which prevented them from knowing that I had a pick-up order. When I arrived to get my order they sincerely apologized and a very quick and kind gentleman breezed through the store together with me to gather my order items. The cashier was super friendly and I was very happy with my experience today.

It's good to buy items in bulk. But recently it had several supply shortages. The quality of vegetables and fruits there are not so good. It would go bad within the week. I personally go there in case I can't find what I want at Costco business or WinCo.

Always feels good here. The customers seem happy enough, the employees seem happy enough. We come here for a few specific items, some because they are cheaper than elsewhere, some because they are higher quality than elsewhere. The store is a nice size, you can walk through the whole thing and not be exhausted by the end.
