Beyond checking the HVAC's current condition, he also paid some attention to potential problems in the future. I have been very happy with Falcon's annual HVAC maintenance service.

First off, Falcon has outstanding annual service agreement options! I contacted the office to arrange for my semi-annual HVAC system check-up (included in the service agreement), and the office staff was great - ensuring that the scheduled time worked with me and that they were able to assign the same technician that came last time --- huge benefit of having consistent technicians! My technician, Philip, arrived on-time for my service appointment. He explained to me what he was planning to do during the appointment and he asked me (and actually listened to) any concerns I had. He completed his work - provided me with oral and written information about the services completed. Replaced filters (with those I had purchased elsewhere, on sale). Removed all debris and even turned off all the lights in the furnace area, the stairway leading to the furnace area, etc. He is pleasant, professional and an outstanding Falcon Representative! Because of Philip and my experience with Falcon, I repeatedly recommend Falcon to neighbors whenever anyone mentions that they need service.
