Excellent service! Excellent work! I came-in with a Windows Update problem. I showed David the problem; he knew how to fix it--told me what the problem was, what he would do to repair it, and that it would be ready in 2-hr. Then, asked would I like to settle the bill now or later...and the bill was soo affordable. He gave me a claim ticket and 2hrs later gave me a call that my computer was repaired. And my computer problem was a walk-in visit. (And my computer seems to work faster than when I brought it in for repairs.) For issues related to computer repair and servicing, Computer Clinic in Sterling, Virginia, will be my first-choice.

I *have* a truly ancient laptop that was running Windows 7 that finally crashed and died. No comparable laptops are made any longer, so I didn't want to replace it. I brought it to Computer Clinic Services hoping at least the data could be recovered, and instead, I ended up with a new faster hard drive (SSD) with nearly 4x the capacity of my old one (now 1TB), and all my files and programs were copied onto the new hard drive! It works perfectly, and I'm typing this review using it. It only took 1 day for the overhaul, and the price was a fraction of what I would've paid for even a new basic laptop. I am ECSTATIC!!
